How quickly will my Tap My Paw tag arrive?

Do I need to pay a subscription or download an app?

How does Tap My Paw work?

Tap My Paw uses a contactless NFC chip embedded inside the tag. When someone taps the tag with their smartphone, it instantly opens your pet’s secure online profile, displaying your chosen contact details so you can be reached quickly if your pet goes missing. No app is required.

Do the tags work with any phone?

Almost all phones made in 2015 onwards have NFC background reading capabilities. It is important that you know where the reader is to get the best use out of your card! For iPhones, the reader is at the top of the phone near the camera, and for Android is generally in the middle/top on the back of the phone. Place and hold your tag against the reader for a few seconds. A pop-up will appear; tap on this to view your pet ID tag information!
